About the Artist.

I hate writing these kinds of things…

Born in Houston, Texas, I grew up fascinated by space, dinosaurs and superheroes. Not much has changed.

I am currently an Associate Creative Director at Haute Rock Creative, and have worked with clients such as Walmart, Google, Verizon, Dell Technologies, Marriott, The Home Depot, and Under Armour. Recently, I was the Creative Director for The Flyer Box Club at Keller Williams Realty, providing branding, marketing and print services for real estate agents, as well as guiding the company’s own look. Before relocating to Austin, I lived in Los Angeles, where I was an Art Director at TEN: The Enthusiast Network on the company’s Motor Trend Auto Shows, guiding the look of event materials, publication and eblasts. I’ve designed for Activision Publishing on the massively successful Call of Duty and Skylanders franchises, and Destiny by Bungie.

Since 2022, I’ve created character designs and episodic featured illustration for the actual play podcast, Dark Nexus. I’ve provided in-game character illustrations and marketing materials for the cross-platform fighting game, Supremacy MMA, and am an experienced photo retoucher, comics writer/artist and painter. My published works, Tartar Sauce and The RISE, were available in print and on ComiXology.

I dabble in music, love D&D and spent a few days as a British soldier in Pirates of the Caribbean: At World’s End.

If I were an animal, I’d be a monkey. I prefer The Beatles and Pearl Jam to The Rolling Stones and Nirvana. And Marvel to DC.

I have a Bachelor’s in Fine Arts from Southern Methodist University, and was awarded the title “Most Artistic Boy” in my high school yearbook.
